The Trustees
The trustees have experience in accountancy, voluntary sector, fundraising, law, and horticulture.
Their names (in alphabetical order) are:

The Trainees
come from Spalding, Stamford and Sleaford area. There are currently 15 who attend for between one and three
days per week.
Each person has their own level of ability and we work to that level. Some of our trainees live on their own, some
with parents and others in supported housing.
Most of them have an interest in gardening before they come to us. This is developed further alongside work skills.
Their hobbies include a variety of activities from basketball (wheelchair) to modelling to being a Manchester United
fan.
